We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Immersive Event Designer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge immersive event experiences that captivate audiences. This includes conceptualizing environments, modeling, rendering, and preparing technical documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative 3D visual concepts using 3ds Max for experiential events, exhibitions, and spatial environments.
  • Transform creative briefs into compelling strategic 3D experiences aligning with client goals, spatial logistics, and brand identity from ideation to final execution.
  • Serve as a creative bridge between internal teams and clients translating objectives into visual narratives and presenting design solutions with clarity and impact.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions industry or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing spatial/event-based 3D work.
  • Advanced skills in 3ds Max for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and drafting software like AutoCAD is a plus.
  • A strong background in spatial design, storytelling, and visualization with an ability to develop realistic and practical 3D environments.
