At our organisation, we are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to fill a pivotal role. We're seeking a skilled Creative Designer who can bring their expertise in graphic design and spatial thinking to help shape immersive experiences that captivate and inspire.

Job Description:

We envision this creative professional as being comfortable navigating both traditional design software and emerging technologies. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually stunning narratives that transport audiences into new worlds.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop captivating visual identities, including branding systems, key visuals, and design assets for exhibitions, immersive experiences, and IP events.
  • Design impactful marketing materials for various mediums, such as digital, print, and large-format applications.
  • Translate 2D graphics into dynamic spatial contexts like murals, wayfinding systems, exhibition graphics, and scenic backdrops.
  • Create concept mock-ups, artist impressions, and ideation visuals to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
  • Pitch decks will be instrumental in conveying creative experience designs, concepts/mood boards, illustrations, mock-ups, and floor plans when required.
Requirements:

We're interested in candidates with at least four years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to exhibitions, events, or environmental graphics.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing effective branding, key visuals, and examples of spatial/environmental design applications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is expected; knowledge of After Effects, Figma, or 3D software is a plus.
  • Experience preparing artwork for print, large-format, and on-site installations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret floor plans and visualise how graphics integrate within a space.
  • Passion for storytelling and creating engaging visual experiences.
Preferred Attributes:

While not essential, additional skills in motion, animation, or 3D visualisation would be highly valued by our team.
