We're seeking a skilled Visual Experience Designer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who can create immersive brand experiences that captivate audiences.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a visionary designer with a passion for crafting impactful brand experiences. They will work closely with our internal teams and external vendors to bring retail environments, events, and marketing campaigns to life.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic design concepts for retail environments, events, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Create high-quality layouts, renders, mockups, and final artwork for digital and print outputs.
  • Design with a deep understanding of visual merchandising, in-store branding, and space utilization.
  • Work closely with internal teams (production, marketing, installation) and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with retail and design trends and incorporate insights into your creative process.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files and liaise with print/fabrication vendors to ensure flawless final execution.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing for retail environments.
  • Ability to work on projects involving both creative design and physical execution.
  • Strong understanding of branding, print and digital production, user experience, and environmental design.
  • Proficiency in 3D visualization tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
