The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving corporate and university engagement, supporting the Strategic Relations leaders in their efforts to expand local and regional outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist SR leaders in realizing strategic goals related to corporate development, university engagement, and regional outreach.
  • Proactively engage with internal & external stakeholders to cultivate meaningful cooperation and partnership opportunities.
  • Navigate administrative responsibilities effectively, collaborating with other secretariat functions within the Strategic Relations team.
Strategic Implementation of Regional Initiatives & Corporate Engagement
  • Support strategic partnerships with regional organizations to expand market reach.
  • Attend to local corporate enquiries for collaboration.
  • Identify key contacts within target organizations to facilitate academia and corporate partnerships.
Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to foster potential collaborations effectively.
Events Planning (if required)
  • Work as a team to strategically plan events in line with the Business School's vision, including program conceptualization and logistics management.
  • Coordinate guest speakers, engagement activities, stakeholder liaison, and budget management for successful event execution.

An ideal candidate should be a self-driven individual with exceptional communication skills, demonstrated success as a results-driven project manager, strong problem-solving skills, and strong project management and organizational skills involving multiple tasks and teams while maintaining a positive attitude. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in relationship building and project management is required.
