Epic Swim is a premier swimming instruction provider dedicated to developing essential motor skills, coordination, and athletic abilities in children.

We are seeking a passionate educator who can coach swim classes and PE sessions to kids aged 3 and above. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and be part of our dynamic team of coaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Learn to Swim lessons and Swim Physical Education classes according to our proprietary curriculum.
  • Attend Epic Swim's comprehensive training program and work closely with senior coaches before coaching independently.
  • Provide regular progress updates to parents and maintain accurate student records.
  • Participate in ongoing workshops and courses to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.
  • Fulfill administrative tasks related to the program, including meet entries, attendance reports, and student performance tracking.
  • Maintain a professional image as an ambassador of our brand.
  • Collaborate actively with our coaches community.
Requirements:
  • A passion for sports, with swimming experience preferred but not required (all training will be provided).
  • A strong ability to connect with young children and ensure their safety.
  • A demonstrated team player with an open mindset to learning and improvement.
  • Fluent English language skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to attending Epic Swim's in-house training program and completing 52 hours of coaching practical attachment.
