Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to lead our HSE initiatives across multiple programs and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate HSE systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead HSE initiatives across multiple programs and sites.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify risk control measures.

Performance Metrics:

  • Deploy HSE programs:
    a. Develop initiatives to promote compliance.
    b. Develop programs to steer the HSE culture and norms of the organization.
  • Manage HSE performance:
    a. Plan and manage HSE compliance inspections and routine checks.
  • Incident and accident management:
    a. Manage incident and accident investigations.
  • Develop HSE Management Systems (HSEMS):
    a. Advise teams on implementing HSEMS within their work areas.
  • Establish quality management policies and procedures, establish HSE policies and procedures and manage people and organizational function

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
  • Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) by MOM.
  • Certificate in Fire Safety Manager is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HSE experience, preferably within the 3PL Logistics Industry.
  • HSE trainer experience & Qualified ISO45001 Auditor is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Project.
