Job Description

The primary function of this role is to manage and oversee regional HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop, implement, and update comprehensive HR policies and procedures across the region.
  • Lead the Annual Salary Review process, including benchmarking and salary adjustments.
  • Manage staff benefits, claims, and ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments and tax-filing for local employees.
  • Administer application and renewal of work passes, as well as tax clearances.
  • Oversee BizSafe audit and certification, Employment Agency License renewal, office lease renewal, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage regional recruitment, including job postings, interview arrangements, and job offers to candidates.
  2. Oversee onboarding, performance evaluation, promotions, employee relations, and offboarding across multiple countries.
  3. Coordinate staff confirmation assessment exercises.
  4. Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including payroll, leave, employees' insurance, staff welfare, and benefits for all regional offices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
