Strategic Business Excellence Professional

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and optimizing core business processes as a Business Excellence Executive. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals in Business Administration or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic business improvement, develop strong analytical skills through practical application of data analysis, work closely with senior leadership and contribute to high-level company initiatives, build a foundational understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies, and thrive in a dynamic environment where their contributions directly impact business outcomes.

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Review existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains, propose and implement solutions for streamlining workflows and enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Regularly update inventory and sales reports to support management's data analysis and strategy planning, assist in the interpretation of data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, work closely with the Account team for government grants/surveys and other applications, leveraging data for successful submissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to cascade strategic objectives into individual OKRs, directly linking performance metrics to revenue growth and gross profit improvement.
  • Manage company resources including assets, consumables, and SaaS credential management, maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewals of corporate registrations and other administrative documents, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all business administration processes are supported and compliant, and maintain company policies to ensure compliance with ISO standards and government guidelines.
  • Maintain HR documentations, ensuring data compliance and timely issuance of employee correspondences, optimize manpower visibility through structured reporting of leave consumption, internship management, and resource availability to support strategic workforce planning, strengthen employee engagement through structured well-being initiatives, plan and coordinate stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records, and support the Director in various business excellence initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment will have an advantage.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; open and adaptable to new digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
