Community Outreach Specialist

This role requires an individual who can promote community programs and services to diverse sectors, including corporations, schools, and communities.

  • Promote initiatives through meetings, presentations, talks, and events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, including government agencies, corporations, schools, faith-based organizations, and communities.
  • Raise public awareness of community involvement through engagement with various sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Work in tandem with partners and stakeholders to coordinate and participate in events that raise awareness and promote programs and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of community outreach activities and events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • Have at least 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development, or mental health-related fields.
  • Possess good organizational, communication, networking, and administrative skills.
  • Be capable of innovative and strategic thinking beyond conventional boundaries.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working independently.
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Proficient in the English language and have good writing skills.
  • Display integrity and sincerity when dealing with stakeholders.
  • Passionate about working with families and individuals with mental health issues.
