Corporate Governance SpecialistAt our company, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced professional who can maintain statutory registers, file annual returns, prepare board resolutions and minutes, handle company meetings, advise the board of directors, manage communication with shareholders, and keep up-to-date with corporate governance best practices.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of corporate secretarial experience, a diploma or degree in a relevant field, and excellent communication skills. Comfortable in speaking Mandarin would be an advantage. You should also have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
