About Us

Corporate Governance Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance professional to join our team. As the Corporate Governance Executive, you will be responsible for managing annual statutory compliance and ensuring corporate governance processes are handled professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing annual statutory compliance documents.
  • Arrange meetings and board resolutions, maintaining statutory books and ensuring operations are properly recorded.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with clients and strengthening partnerships.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance and secretarial services.
  • Assisting with internal audits of client databases and collection of KYC/CDD documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial Practice is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's corporate regulations and compliance landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
