Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Operations Support Specialist to oversee various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in documentation processing and tracking.

About the Role:
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for recording and managing documentation, including purchase requisitions, POs, DOs, and invoices. You will also supervise external providers during preventive maintenance of office equipment and building maintenance servicing. Additionally, you will support the upkeep of CCTV, PA, and IT systems. Furthermore, you will negotiate contracts and purchases for the admin department. You will also assist in preparing and monitoring the admin budget and issue monthly reports. Lastly, you will support the head of department on regulatory matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as an Operations Support Specialist, you should possess a minimum diploma holder and at least 3 years of experience in administration duties. You should also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills. Familiarity with ISO standards is an advantage. Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Work Environment:
Our office is located in Tuas, Singapore, within walking distance from an MRT station. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Uniforms are provided.
