Operations Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Operations Support Specialist to provide high-quality service to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff within assigned areas, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

The Operations Support Specialist will work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies that drive sales and profit growth. This includes managing customer flow, seating arrangements, and overseeing the service rendered by the team.

 

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff within assigned units by allocating tasks and roles for individuals in the team.
  • Check readiness of restaurants for service days and brief staff on staffing rosters.
  • Manage cash floats, audit rolls, and provide technical support for cash register errors when necessary.
  • Evaluate and document all cash transactions and discrepancies.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will also have experience in managing teams, handling cash transactions, and providing technical support.
