The role of Lifting Operations Coordinator is to guarantee the safe and effective execution of lifting operations at our work sites. Key responsibilities include reviewing and advising on lifting plans, coordinating and overseeing all lifting activities in line with the Lifting Plan, and briefing lifting team members on safety procedures and risk control measures.

In addition, the Lifting Operations Coordinator must ensure that only registered crane operators, appointed riggers, and signalmen participate in any lifting operation involving mobile or tower cranes. They must also conduct daily safety audits on lifting equipment and gear, and rectify any unsafe conditions reported before commencing a lifting operation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a lifting supervisor, knowledge of heavy lifting, and excellent written and communicative skills. The ability to work under pressure, adapt to fast-paced environments, and lead teams effectively is essential.

Main Responsibilities:
