Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lift engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our lifts.
  • The lift engineer will be responsible for coordinating team attendance, work schedules, and task assignments to optimize efficiency.
  • Negotiation of deadlines with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers is also an essential aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining quality standards and adhering to deadlines by assessing subcontractor performance will be crucial in ensuring timely project completion.
  • Technical assistance for field operations, including repair work when required, will be provided by the lift engineer.
  • Effective communication with customers regarding operational needs, inquiries, and feedback will be a key responsibility.
  • Evaluation of technicians' skills and performance to uphold service quality will be carried out by the lift engineer.
  • Administrative support for internal and external tasks as necessary will be provided by the lift engineer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a must.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an engineer in the lift industry is required.
