  • Ensure compliance with WSH Act, subsidiary legislations, and crane regulations during daily lifting operations.
  • Perform regular inspections of cranes according to manufacturer recommendations to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the signal team to develop effective lifting strategies while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with lifting supervisors regarding ground conditions and lifting feasibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of WSHE legal guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Basic understanding of rigging techniques.
Qualifications:
  • BCA and MOM recognized qualifications in crane operation.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Relevant certifications in WSHE legal guidelines.
