Air Freight Operations Specialist

The role of Air Freight Operations Specialist involves coordinating air shipments for import clearance and delivery, as well as arranging shipments with suppliers/vendors.
This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customs import and outward permits, prepare export documentations, and interface with various parties on shipment requirements and information.
- Provide customer service, handle pre-alert documents from overseas counterparts, and generate billing invoices.
- Track and monitor shipments, update customers accordingly, and comply with local regulations and internal procedures.
- Receiving job orders, prepare all required documents for submission, and work effectively as part of a team to achieve objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in freight and logistics sales/operations/customer service.
- Good understanding of Incoterms and knowledge of permit declaration.
- Possessed Certificate in Tradenet.
