Job Title: Air Freight Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Air Freight Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipment requests for both imports and exports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage AOG shipment requests received through various channels.
  • Oversee the export process once cargo readiness is confirmed.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Communicate with customers and overseas offices via phone and email to facilitate shipment arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in air freight operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to contribute to process improvements.
  • Flexible to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
