About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic programs to support the APJ sales development team's efforts to generate pipeline and drive business growth.

You will work closely with xDR leadership and cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and set priorities. This includes facilitating team offsites, strategy, and planning workshops to set yearly and quarterly focus areas for APJ xDR.

Your responsibilities will also include developing proposals, project plans, timelines, and budgets for program implementation and execution. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors/partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop strategic programs to support APJ sales development
  • Facilitate team offsites, strategy, and planning workshops
  • Develop proposals, project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze complex business data, reports, and market trends. You should have advanced knowledge of SFDC, Outreach, or similar tools, as well as experience making data-driven decisions that impact performance and growth.

Additionally, you should be able to think strategically and develop short and long-term plans that align with business objectives. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders to drive program success is also essential.

A strong communication skillset is required, with the ability to present complex business concepts and data to any audience (ranging from reps to exec level). You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
