About the RoleThis is a key position in our organization, responsible for implementing and managing our International Labor Standards (ILS) program across internal business units and external partners. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with ILS requirements and provide training and support as needed.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for business units and partners on ILS matters, engaging with them to educate and communicate ILS program requirements and processes.

  • Deliver IL S trainings to business unit contacts and partners, promoting understanding and adoption of best practices.

  • Maintain accurate licensee/vendor and facility information in our database, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with global regional management counterparts to ensure consistency in ILS policies and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Support broader ILS team projects as needed, providing expert advice and insights to drive project success.


RequirementsBachelor's Degree or above in social compliance, business, sustainability, communications, or related field;
At least 3 years' experience in a corporate setting, in social compliance, social auditing, responsible sourcing, corporate responsibility, or related field;
Experience in an ethical sourcing, risk, compliance, environmental, quality or equivalent role;
Fluency in another Southeast Asian language valuable;
Prior Program or Process Management experience preferred;
Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation/training skills, and interpersonal/relationship management skills.

  • Good organizational/prioritization skills, ability to work to deadlines, detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, proficiency in databases and Microsoft applications.
