Accountant & HR Executive Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Accountant & HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience in managing financial systems and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full sets of accounts, including accounting records and financial reports.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Support and participate in audit processes, including preparing audit schedules and documentation.
  • Administer monthly payroll, CPF contributions, tax filings, and insurance-related matters.
  • Monitor, analyze, and manage company cash flow to ensure operational efficiency.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, taxation regulations, and labor laws, ensuring timely compliance.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in managing financial systems and reports.
  • Good understanding of taxation regulations and labor laws.
