Job Title: HVAC Sales Professional

Overview

As an HVAC sales professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive business growth. Your expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems will be essential in identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, utilizing account management processes to identify areas for growth and develop targeted strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on HVAC solutions, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chiller plants, airside, energy services, and building services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
