Job Title: HVAC Solutions Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HVAC Solutions Sales Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in driving sales of innovative HVAC solutions to major projects and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Approach new potential installers as authorized representatives.
  2. Monitor installation quality and issue weekly reports on failure cases.
  3. Identify sales personnel within installer teams and train them on GREE product sales.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
  5. Meet monthly sales targets and achieve required installer authorizations and registrations.
  6. Organize regular technical training sessions for installers.

Requirements:
  1. Proven track record in project sales, preferably within the HVAC or building services industry.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their applications.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers.
  4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals.
  5. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  6. Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
