Senior Strategic Planning Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our strategic planning initiatives. As part of our senior leadership team, you will drive the development and execution of annual and long-term strategic plans.

You will analyze macroeconomic trends, industry developments, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

To inform business strategies, you will collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, technology, HR, and operations teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with financial objectives.

Your key responsibilities include synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, facilitating workshops, strategy sessions, and events that foster collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or economics, with 6-10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strategic thinking: ability to structure complex problems, identify insights, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Analytical skills: strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Market research: experience with industry analysis, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Financial acumen: ability to evaluate financial results, assess business cases, and connect strategy to financial outcomes.
