
China Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to lead our business development efforts in China. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive growth in one of the world's most strategic markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing relationships with high-value clients and business partners in China, as well as strong commercial instincts and the ability to work independently and navigate region-specific challenges.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and expand market presence in China through strategic business development.
- Manage and deepen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for China-based clients, ensuring responsive and professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in China.
- Provide regular sales reporting, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, with direct exposure to the China market.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with high-value clients and business partners in China.
- Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to work independently and navigate region-specific challenges.
- Deep understanding of the market's business culture, customer expectations, and market behaviors; degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
