**Job Description**:
- Develop programmes and their contents for the company, such as FCGF, ALP, Nanjing Forum, Swiss Forum etc.
- Liaise with partners with regards to the content of the event and logístical arrangements for the various programmes. Partners include hotel, various vendors, management companies, designing vendors, photography vendors, printing vendors etc.
- Perform administrative work when engaging various vendors (PRFs, ITQ, quotations, invoices etc).
- Prepare Administrative Programmes for Board of Directors when they attend any of our events.
- Schedule FC committee meeting date and Liaise with PAs of FC committee members to secure committee’s time slots for various events.
- Prepare committee meeting slides and other materials as well as venue.
- Design and creating EDMs for events.
- Preparing emcee scripts and being emcee for BC events, such as for dialogue series, press conference etc.
- Conduct research on latest trends and topics for programme development.
- Collate RSVPs from participants and process their registration to various events.
- Engaging speakers, such as for FCGF, to settle their matters, including arranging meetups with other speakers, getting their biographies etc.
- Translate programme contents, such as synopsis, speakers’ biography, titles.
- Draft concept papers for FC events and invitation letters for various programmes.
- Do market scan prior to events and for the review of corporate membership.
- Prepare meeting minutes for committee meeting as well as other meeting with various partners.
- Any other tasks, duties or responsibilities designated by the Manager or Director
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Effectively strong in English and Mandarin - written and verbal communication skills
- Keen interest in event organizing, public speaking at major events/meetings and interaction with relevant stakeholders
- Knowledge and interest in Singapore - China developments.
- Singapore Citizens/Singapore PRs with a Bachelor’s Degree are welcomed to apply.
