About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team as an Education Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics regularly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of GCE O levels and above.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
  • Proven customer service experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
