We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our team at Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate inputting and posting of accounting transactions on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accurate inputting and posting of accounting transactions on a daily basis
  • Prepare accounts schedules and workings for client use and audit purposes
  • Prepare deliverables (management accounts / financial statements) for senior associate's review on a timely basis
  • Prepare quarterly GST reports on a timely basis
  • Review the payment vouchers prepared by Admin Assistants for payment administration services
  • Complete any adhoc duty as assigned, example filling survey form or extract historical information as requested by client.
  • Assist the senior associate to attend auditor's requests and ensure that the appropriate documents are prepared
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in accountancy / ACCA equivalent / LCCI
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in a accounting role
  • Preferably in a professional firm providing outsourced accounting services or audit firm
  • Proficient in using accounting software or ERP system. Proficiency in Sage Accounting, Microsoft Office and Xero would be an added advantage
