We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Store Manager. This position requires a leader with extensive experience in managing store operations, driving sales growth, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Detailed Responsibilities:- Direct daily store operations to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Motivate and develop the team to achieve sales targets, maintain accurate financial transactions, and up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
- Oversee inventory levels, procure supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages while adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Analyze store performance, implement strategic initiatives for improvement, and recruit, train, and develop staff to guarantee high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Evaluate customer feedback and address any issues or complaints effectively.
- Proven experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
