Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in the overall success of our retail stores. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure company policies are followed and maintained at all times.
  • Optimize profits by controlling costs and implementing efficient operations.

  • Provide leadership and direction to all employees, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure product quality and availability, maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Prepare and present employee reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Work closely with the store manager to lead staff and drive business results.
  • Oversee retail inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Assist customers whenever necessary, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Organize employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Ensure health, safety, and security rules are followed, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Take disciplinary action when necessary, following company procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure a consistent standard of customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Motivate employees and focus on the mission, driving business results and achieving goals.
  • Maintain merchandise and visual displays, creating an engaging shopping experience.
  • Maintain stores to high standards, including stocking and cleaning.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and deliverables.
  • Support the store manager as needed, providing additional support and guidance.
