Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and coach staff, and drive sales growth.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve product assortment, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Motivate and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management and Business Development
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging with customers on the sales floor.
  • Continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and goals.
  • Suggest in-store events and incentives to grow the customer base and build local market awareness.
  • Uphold excellent customer service and monitor staff performance to maintain high service levels.
  • Provide recommendations to management to drive sales for product categories and clientele.
  • Stay aware of local trading environment, market trends, and competitors' activities to inform business strategy.
  • Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships and sales with VIP clientele, repeaters, and new customers.
  • Work with marketing teams to implement in-store marketing activities.
Inventory Management
  • Ensure proper inventory mix matching to market needs and follow instructions from Retail Management.
  • Regularly review merchandise assortment and take action to optimize stock levels and mix to reflect sales, buying trends, and customer demands.
  • Instruct and guide staff in the correct execution of all company operating procedures, including merchandise receipt, pricing, counts, and sales.
Staff Management
  • Support in hire, evaluate, train, and discipline staff consistent with Company policies.
  • Calculate commission and incentives for the sales team.
  • Motivate, coordinate, and coach staff on the sales floor to achieve sales goals.
  • Support individual staff development and communicate ideas to management.
  • Promote and maintain harmonious staff relations.
  • Identify individual and team training needs and communicate them to management.
  • Supervise staff and enforce Company policies while adhering to proper procedures for disciplinary action.
  • Properly manage staffing rosters for store coverage.
  • Coach and train newly-joined staff.
Administrative Management
  • Oversee all facets of store operation, including billing, daily reconciliation reports, etc.
