Key Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Director to lead our sales and marketing teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability targets through effective team management and strategy development.
- Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement effective pricing models, promotional strategies, and distribution channels to stay competitive in the market.
- Market Analysis: Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Business Development: Partner with international suppliers to grow distributed brands.

- Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers.
