Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Investment Director to drive business growth and lead a team of consultants in achieving their financial goals. As an Investment Director, you will be responsible for developing business strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of investment consultants.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide professional financial advice on investments to clients.
  • Develop business strategies to expand customer base and increase market penetration.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in financial advisory, investments, wealth management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or team management.
  • Good knowledge of financial products (e.g., investments, wealth planning).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
