ANOTECH ENERGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver and maintain a high level of customer service to our clients and to operate and support the infrastructure, systems, network, and security for a mission-critical system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Identify customer needs and oversee the service delivery within the business context and timeline
  • Lead the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently
  • Organize activities and meet deadlines
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to determine the type of services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that arise
  • Manage incidents and reviews, providing root cause analysis and incident reports for critical incidents
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to customers and management
Requirements:
  • Minimally 5 years of experience in supporting mission-critical systems with stringent SLAs (e.g., 99.9%)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business IT or its equivalent
  • Past high-complexity government project experience is highly beneficial
  • Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) standards, processes, guidelines, and best practices
  • Strong project management methodologies and quality control techniques
  • Strong resource planning skills
  • Ability to work in a highly pressured, fast-paced environment
  • Prior working knowledge in RedHat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server, Windows SQL Server, and Microsoft Active Directory is preferred
  • Prior working knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, HyperV, Nginx, and PostgreSQL is an added advantage
