Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Export Executive to join our team at KSC CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing air freight export operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with destination networks to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Execute export jobs, including coordinating with carriers and managing documentation
  • Communicate with carriers to obtain spot rates and negotiate favorable terms
  • Process nominations and local customer bookings, providing flight details and updates
  • Arrange collection with transporters and manage co-loader businesses
  • Process invoicing and communicate with the GSS Team on invoicing matters
  • Update system KPIs and provide regular reports
  • Sending pre-alerts once jobs are executed

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or Business Management
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a freight forwarding industry
  • Good knowledge of air export business, including documentation and customs clearance
  • High initiative, good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
