Senior Distribution Compensation Lead

This senior role involves leading compensation processing and accounting for distribution channels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end compensation processing and accounting functions for our distribution channels, ensuring all payments are made and reconciled on time.
- Support the review of channel reports and ensure timely dissemination as per set timelines.
- Collaborate with the finance operations team to address any queries or concerns related to compensation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, data analysis expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. They should also have a solid understanding of tax, compensation and benefit, business acumen, data management, financial accounting, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required.
