Senior Executive, Distribution Compensation at Income Insurance Limited (IAG SS). Join our Distribution Compensation team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payments to our diversified distribution channels and multiple lines of business. This role is part of the Compensation team within Income's Distribution Middle Office (DMO) and reports directly to the Compensation Manager. If you have a talent for working with numbers and excel under tight timelines, this role may be for you.
Responsibilities- Handle monthly account closing related to all distribution compensation and ensure that all payments are timely and accurately completed
- Monitor, validate and process all financing schemes, contest and compensation payments to representatives and supervisors under all distribution channels
- Provide progress reports on all financing schemes, contest and compensation payments to help representatives and supervisors monitor their progress towards achieving results
- Support implementation of initiatives to be rolled out by all distribution channels
- Handle e-submission of annual earnings of tied agents to IRAS and ad hoc income statement requests
- Participate in system testing of new product launches and distribution channels' new initiatives to ensure that compensation computations are correctly implemented
- Support the rolling out of regulatory changes in areas which impact distribution compensation
- Any other projects or tasks as assigned
