Enterprise SaaS Sales Leader

An established SaaS organisation seeks a seasoned Sales/BD Manager to spearhead its regional growth strategy focused on Southeast Asia.

This impactful enterprise role involves identifying, pitching, and closing high-value clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

  • Grow:
    • Acquire key enterprise clients and regional chain opportunities, prioritising high-value, multi-outlet prospects.
  • Develop:
    • Generate qualified leads through outreach, partnerships, networks, and events; build senior stakeholder trust; monitor competitors and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Execute:
    • Oversight of the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure; execution of consultative conversations to uncover client needs, prove ROI, and deliver tailored AI solutions.
  • Collaborate:
    • Partner with sales development representatives (SDRs), marketing, and customer success teams to enhance pipeline quality, ensure smooth onboarding, and maximise long-term client value.
  • Engage:
    • Frequent travel (up to 50%) across markets to close deals and deepen executive relationships.

Requirements:

Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in SaaS or consultative enterprise solution selling.

Ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders with credibility.

Flexibility to undertake frequent market visits across Southeast Asia markets.
