Information Technology Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's information technology (IT) systems. The IT Manager will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of IT projects on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and project management skills. A background in IT, computer science, or a related field is essential, along with at least 2 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure.

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure
  • Hands-on knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

This position involves working independently as well as part of a team, using initiative and adaptability to resolve complex technical issues. Strong technical support skills are also required, including ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems, maintain accurate documentation, and provide assistance in implementing data backup procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. They must be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
