IT Systems Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to oversee all aspects of information technology systems management. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth daily operations of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of information technology systems management for our organization.
  • Develop and implement efficient IT solutions compatible with multiple business applications.
  • Document all IT works to regularize system control and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes within allocated resources.
  • Set up and maintain email, website, ERP, and other tech-related systems.
  • Maintain IT systems to ensure smooth daily operational needs.
  • Work closely with senior management to align deliverables with organizational directives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of computer systems information.
  • Provide technical support to departments and provide necessary training.
  • Uphold the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO).
  • Work independently as the lead IT professional for the organization.
  • Report on project timelines, challenges, and updates.
  • Implement safe management measures to uphold regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other management functions as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in education or international institutions.
  • Professionalism and confidence in technical expertise to support organizational systems.
