Job Title: Information Systems Professional

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Tiong Seng Contractors Private Limited.

  • Daily operational and technical support to end users on hardware, software and basic network issues.
  • Coordinate and manage IT support activities across multiple site offices.
  • Implement best practices in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
  • Administer VMware Virtualization, Microsoft 365 Office cloud and IBM Lotus Notes / Domino systems.
  • Manage Server / Network / Firewall Administration.
  • Resolve Level 1 and 2 PC / Application Issues.
  • Elevate Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors for resolution.
  • Maintain adherence to internal Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and deliverables.
  • Document all tasks and procedures.

This role is ideal for a system administration professional with experience in MS Windows Server Systems, VMware Virtualization, Microsoft 365 cloud and IBM Lotus Notes / Domino System Administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years of system administration experience.
  • Familiarity with PC Hardware, MS Windows Desktop / Server OS, Linux, MS A/D and basic network, TCP / IP knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Office 365, IBM Lotus Notes / Domino, MCSE, CCNA are advantageous.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude towards learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to the team. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
