Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Professional to support our growing operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.

This role is responsible for providing day-to-day IT helpdesk support, managing and monitoring servers and network infrastructure, implementing and overseeing cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, and collaborating with global IT teams to align with group-wide standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Helpdesk Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to internal teams on hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Server and Network Management: Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of servers and network infrastructure.
  • Cybersecurity Measures: Implement and oversee endpoint protection, network security, firewall configurations, and incident response.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, especially Technology Risk Management (TRM) guidelines and relevant IT audit requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with global IT teams to align with group-wide standards and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT operations, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with helpdesk management, enterprise IT systems, and server/network administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and threat detection systems.
  • Familiarity with MAS TRM and other Singapore regulatory IT requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
