About the Role

We seek an experienced Cell and Gene Therapy Biotechnologist to join our team. As a key member of our CRDMO, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to commercialization, developing novel cell-based products and driving innovation in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute experiments to develop novel cell-based products
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and ensure quality
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cell and gene therapy

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Biological Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cell and gene therapy research and development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
