What you’ll do
Conduct market research, competitor product study & scout for information to identify new market segments for Cell & Gene Therapy business unit
Understand customer relationship management tools that brings companies that use and customer journey
Utilize & develop analytical thinking, leverage data to develop & map customer information
Assist in virtual video product demonstration & training
Conduct deep dive research on external publication related to Cell & Gene Therapy business unit.
Support the Product modality & commercial team in executing marketing activities and development of educational program
Who you are
Current enrolment in a degree program such as BioEngineering/Chemical/ BioMolecular Engineering/Biomedical or any Life Sciences knowledge and lab experience which will lead to a bachelor’s degree or technical degree or equivalent
Comfortable to work in a dynamic organization structure and hybrid mode (in the office/lab and from home)
Good in technical and marketing research. Good in analytical skill. Versatile and adaptable
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Effective time management and organizational skills and able to balance multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written/communications skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information and attention to detail
Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with mínimal direction
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
