Cell Therapy Specialist Opportunity

Our Cell and Gene Therapy Manufacturing team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated specialist to join our operations at the Tuas site in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to work on pioneering therapies that will improve lives worldwide.

">Job Description:

As a Cell Therapy Specialist, you will be responsible for performing cGMP manufacturing activities, including cell culture, aseptic processing, viral transduction, and harvest operations. You will also operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as incubators, centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and bioreactors.

You will execute batch records, SOPs, and work instructions accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards. Additionally, you will monitor critical process parameters and perform in-process sampling and testing.

Maintaining cleanroom standards by performing routine cleaning and adhering to strict gowning requirements is also a key responsibility of this role.

You will participate in deviation investigations, change control activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Furthermore, you will support equipment maintenance and calibration activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is preferred, but fresh graduates passionate about CGT are encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations is essential. Knowledge of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, or Biologics manufacturing is an advantage.

Ability to work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule is required. A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills is also necessary.

High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and quality are essential for this role.
