Cell and Gene Therapy Manufacturing Opportunities

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Cell and Gene Therapy Manufacturing team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global leader in life sciences, working on pioneering therapies that deliver real results.


About the Role

The successful candidate will perform cGMP manufacturing activities, including cell culture, aseptic processing, viral transduction, and harvest operations. They will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as incubators, centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and bioreactors.

Key responsibilities include executing batch records, SOPs, and work instructions accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards. The individual will monitor critical process parameters and perform in-process sampling and testing.

Maintaining cleanroom standards by performing routine cleaning and adhering to strict gowning requirements is also essential. Additionally, the candidate will participate in deviation investigations, change control activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supporting equipment maintenance and calibration activities will be required.


Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred; fresh graduates passionate about CGT are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations.
  • Knowledge of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, or Biologics manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and quality.
