**Job Title: Aviation Technical Project Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead the delivery of advanced ground support equipment for the aviation industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of products, including AC/DC power theory, circuits, and components, industrial power control systems, solid-state control and switching devices, and AC utility power distribution.
  • Review technical specifications and prepare compliance documentation.
  • Lead customer factory acceptance tests at facilities in Denmark or the USA.
  • Oversee site installation and commissioning activities.
  • Identify sales opportunities and connect potential customers with the appropriate sales managers.
  • Provide responsive remote technical support to customers and distributors.
  • Prepare and manage documentation: safety plans, risk assessments, method statements, site reports.
  • Support research and development initiatives related to new product development.

Requirements
  • A degree/diploma in electrical engineering, electromechanical installation, or power technology.
  • Strong understanding of AC/DC power theory, circuits, and components, industrial power control systems, solid-state control and switching devices, and AC utility power distribution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical/electronic equipment.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale technical projects across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • A self-driven individual with strong learning agility, able to work independently or in teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage professional client interactions.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability in a diverse business environment.
  • Knowledge of inverter technology is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% annually (including occasional weekends).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
