We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aviation Operations Specialist to join our team at Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and assigning equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing, water/toilet servicing, and supply of ground support equipment. He/She will also liaise with internal departments and external service providers for towing and other utilities servicing activities. Additionally, the candidate will maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any changes in assignment for services. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing, water/toilet servicing, and supply of GSE equipment
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for towing and other utilities servicing activities
  • Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any changes in assignment for services

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Management with at least 2 years experience in a similar role in aviation industries
  • Candidates who are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications will have an advantage
  • Must be able to perform shift works
