Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex aviation equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and electronic engineering, with experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system repair. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a high level of technical expertise.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing aviation equipment, including PLCs, servo drives, and computers
  • Troubleshooting complex systems and identifying root causes of issues
  • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and customers
  • Collaborating with the service manager to prioritize and manage maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities are documented and recorded accurately
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A diploma or degree in electrical, electronic, or mechatronics engineering
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of complex systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
