
Claims Administration Assistant

As a Claims Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the claims process from start to finish. This includes registering claims in our system, scanning and uploading incoming mails and emails, and managing mail correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in filing, record management, and general administration. You will be working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering claims in our system
- Scanning and uploading incoming mails and emails
- Managing mail correspondence
- Dispatching and retrieving claim documents
- Generating acknowledgement and settlement letters
- Handling basic claims enquiries from customers
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in filing, record management, and general administration
